What is the Hero Tech Program?

Hero Tech is an 8-week intensive training designed specifically for individuals new to the HVAC industry. Whether you have no experience or just a little, our program focuses on equipping you with essential skills and real-world experience. With 70% of your time spent on practical, in-the-field training, you’ll gain technical expertise and customer service skills to hit the ground running.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Hero Tech, you’ll:

• Perform scheduled maintenance for Hero Club Members.
• Educate customers on the health of their systems.
• Make basic HVAC repairs.
• Convert non-members to Hero Club memberships.
• Maintain inventory and process jobs via tablet and Service Titan.
• Attend weekly team meetings and continue learning every step of the way.
