Terms of Service

By using the Reliant Air Conditioning website or scheduling service, you agree to the following terms.

Service availability

We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Service hours, response times, and offers may vary based on demand and weather. Emergency service is offered subject to crew availability.

Pricing and quotes

Diagnostic fees and quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are provided in writing before any work begins. Additional findings during repair may require an updated quote with your written approval before work continues.

Warranties and guarantees

New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, plus our written labor guarantee on installations. Repairs include a parts and labor guarantee as specified on your invoice. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if you’re not satisfied with our work, we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

We respectfully ask for 24 hours’ notice on appointment cancellations so we can serve other customers. There is no cancellation fee.

Limitation of liability

Reliant Air Conditioning’s liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
